At Just Bake India, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a strict no-return policy. Once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

In rare cases where the cake is found to be damaged during transit, we are committed to ensuring that our customers receive a product that meets the highest quality standards. If your cake arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery with clear photographs of the damaged product. Upon verifying the damage, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that the refund process may take 5-7 business days.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for issues related to personal preferences, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or delays caused by third-party delivery services. For any concerns or queries regarding your order, feel free to contact our customer support team.
