Just Bake India - Cancellation Policy
At Just Bake India, we aim to provide the best experience for our customers. However, we understand that there may be instances when an order needs to be canceled. Please carefully review our cancellation policy below.
Cancellation Timing and Charges:
- More than 24 hours before the selected time slot: If you wish to cancel your order more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your order value. The remaining 90% will be refunded to your bank account. Alternatively, you can request a 100% refund in the form of store credit to your Just Bake wallet, in which case we will waive the cancellation charges.
- Between 12 to 24 hours before the selected time slot: A 20% cancellation fee will apply, and 80% of the order value will be refunded to your bank account. Similarly, a 100% refund can be requested in your Just Bake wallet with no cancellation fee.
- Within 12 hours of the selected time slot: Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled delivery time.
Exceptions:
- Same Day Delivery Orders: If your order was placed for same-day delivery, we do not accept cancellation requests. If the order cannot be delivered or received, no refund will be provided.
- Special Day Orders: Orders placed for special days (such as festivals or holidays) are non-cancellable, and no refund will be issued.
Refund Process:
All refund requests are processed at the discretion of Just Bake India. In cases of unavoidable circumstances, such as natural calamities or emergencies, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
