Cocoa

Did you know that most of the chocolate you eat is not actually chocolate? It is actually hydrogenated vegetable fat! Unlike other chocolate products, we only use pure natural cocoa sourced all the way from Ghana. This is rich in cocoa butter and is actually good for heart health. In fact, we are one of the few bakeries who can legally call our cakes "chocolate cakes".

Fruits

Another fun-fact...Our fruit cakes are one of the few cakes that actually contain fruit. Most "fruit" products that you consume, be it that tasty apple juice, or that so called strawberry cake most likely has just about 20% actual fruit content, sometimes even as low as just 3% fruit content. At JustBake, when we say fruit, we mean fruit - our cakes contain up to 50 -70% fruit filling, and that too only natural, handpicked & flavour-packed fruit produce from across the world.

Blueberries

Wild and handpicked from Canada. These blueberries are not artificially cultured. They are smaller and packed with flavour.

Strawberries

Handpicked directly from the farms of Panchgani, we only use some of the best strawberry produce in the country. These all natural treats have no artificial flavour or color enhancers.

Pineapples

Only the best Raja variety pineapples are sourced from Kerala. These handpicked beauties have a better taste and are much juicer.

Cherries

Not one, but two types of cherries : are carefully selected and used in our cakes. Garnish cherries are sourced from Kashmir and harvested just once a year and filling cherries are imported from Europe. Unlike other cherries that turn sour and spoil easily, our cherries stay fresh for longer and to give you that superior bite, crunch and flavor.

Unlike other cakes which use Sulphur treated sugar ( which is associated with several health issues), even our Sugar is Natural. We only use Suphur free sugar which is more naturally treated and is healthier!

Did you also know that most other cakes are pumped full of preservatives just to extend shelf-life. Unlike other cakes, Our cakes have no preservatives. We always deliver the freshest products to our customers.

Do you know how many hands touch your cake before it get to you? The number is just scary, you don't even want to think about it. Just Bake is the only fully automated cake plant in the country. This means that the cakes process is automated, and so its more hygienic and ensures that you always have the same great taste all the time, every time!
